Research Learning

Research Learning is mandatory at Aurora from the Undergraduate level itself, starting from the first year onwards. Imbibing research skills from entry level enrich student competencies related to practising inquiry. Research-based learning is the integration of theoretical knowledge with the use of appropriate data collection and analysis procedures to examine, verify or study a phenomenon or occurrence. Students shall carry out research in their courses independently and with an open outcome under the faculty's guidance. This helps build a strong intellectual and practical connection between research frontiers and the students. Students learn to deal with uncertainty, independence, teamwork and organisational skills.
