Ms Meghna Bandi Assistant Professor in Aurora Deemed to Be University, a skilled educator who uses pedagogical techniques for active learning in her classrooms. She has almost 26 years of experience in both teaching and the corporate world, and she holds a postgraduate degree in Economics from Osmania University. She was the top student in her school and constantly did well academically. At the moment, Meghna shares her expertise on topics including Entrepreneurship Development, Business Process Re-engineering, Organizational and Management, and Managerial Economics. Meghna is the main factor behind the creation of the Entrepreneurship cell 'SmART' at Rishi College, demonstrating her commitment to promoting entrepreneurship. She leads lively classes that encourage students' spirit of Entrepreneurship. She has made a substantial contribution to International Conferences by presenting a number of papers on Entrepreneurship education. Her influence goes beyond the classroom; in 2020, she was recognized with a Platinum Global Jury Award, and in 2021, she was given a Golden Award for her global assessment of student practice initiatives. Meghna has demonstrated her dedication to developing talent by serving as a vital member of the Wadhwani Foundation's Global Jury for over three years.
